We are an authorized and premier partner of Marg Erp Ltd. (“Marg”), supplying you with qualified Marg ERP software solutions, implementation, support and other related services. Upon accessing or using our Website and Services, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms or any part of these terms or if you do not want to be bound by such Terms, please do not access or use the Website or the Services.
1. Our Relationship with Marg ERP
Solutions.com is a separate and independent entity, and is an official partner of Marg Erp Ltd. (“Marg”). We are authorized to sell, implement, and support Marg ERP software. However, we are not Marg Erp Ltd. itself.
The Marg ERP software, its name, logo, and all underlying intellectual property are owned by Marg Erp Ltd.
We provide our services with the highest level of expertise and in accordance with the standards set for a Marg ERP partner. Any core software warranties or licensing agreements from Marg Erp Ltd. are separate from the service agreements you make with Solutions.com.

5. Accounts, Payments, and Billing
Account Creation: To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Quotations and Pricing: All prices for our Services will be provided in a formal quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a confirmation.
Payment: Payment for Services shall be made according to the terms of the invoice or service agreement. Payments shall be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, etc.
Refund Policy: Our refund policy to Services provided is based on the service agreement or proposal provided to you. In our experience, fees for services performed are usually not able to be refunded.
6. Limitation of Liability
Solutions.com is the service provider and a partner of Marg ERP. Our liability has certain limitations.
You accept that Marg ERP Ltd will not be liable for any bugs, errors, limitations in functionality in the Marg ERP software itself. being responsible for those aspects.
In no event shall Solutions.com, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of our Services or your inability to use them.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Solutions.com for the specific Service in question during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Website and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Services or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do our best to provide great Marg support and service, however, we do not guarantee that our services will not be interrupted, timely or free of errors.
